24. A pregnant or breast-feeding home educational childcare provider who wishes to again prevail herself of preventive withdrawal before resuming childcare activities, must apply for it not later than 15 weeks after the cessation of the benefits paid under the Act respecting parental insurance (chapter A-29.011). If the home educational childcare provider is again eligible, she is indemnified based on the net average annual eligible income determined during the previous preventive withdrawal.
